Reviews: DO NOT BUY from this dealership. Dishonest. They took my Lincoln on trade in with agreement to make last payment on car loan. Ruined my credit score by not making the last payment. Called me back twenty days after signed contract for new Infiniti. Tried to back out and change terms. General Manager took days to return my calls. When I wouldnt budge they assured me the payment was made to Ford. Forty-five days later and the payment has still not been made. Thanks Cerritos Infiniti...what an experience.

Reviews: I get calls from this company all the time. I have demanded to be taken off their phone list more than once. They continue to call to solicit their services. I know they are way over priced. They quoted me windows many years ago and it was nearly 3 times as much as what every other bid came in. I would never use this company or any other construction company without at least 3 referrals. Anyone who uses telemarketing to sell their products should be looked at with skepticism. There are plenty of independent contractors who do fine work at a fair price and there are others that do really poor work and charge way too much. Do your homework and be careful who you hire.

Reviews: This lab is a morron. They sent me to collection and dented my credit score from 720 to 690 because of $60.24. All because when they couldnt process my credit card few months ago because of incorrect expiratioin date. Meanwhile they never notified me of the problem neither by phone nor by mail. I thought it was paid!! Then all of a sudden I realized my credit score dropped when I applied for a car loan. Then I saw I was on collection. The next day after I checked my credit score I got the collection agency letter to collect $60.24!! I cant believe this lab actually put me on collection and dented my credit because of $60.24 and it was all their fault cause they never let me know there was a problem! Very bad customer service and they have total idiots there who manage the adminstration and billing. Now I doubt how reliable they are in terms of running lab test cause it raises a red flag to me as to the quality of management and people they hired. If the lab cant hire competent ppl for admin and billing what makes you think they hire competent ppl for their lab? Can I rely on its testing results that we are okay? Or am I taking a chance only to find out the lab messes up the testing results and I have this cancer cell growing for months??? Go figure!!
