Reviews: I have nothing bad to say about Volkswagen and the quality of their vehicles. I visited Volkswagen Camelback initially a few months ago & I decided to wait on a purchase to save money for a good down payment and work on improving my credit score and also paying off some debt to get a better financing deal on the car I wanted. After I received several persistant calls from the sales guy requesting me to come back to work out a deal with me I decided to pay them a visit.. Long story short I loved the car and they offered me a great interest rate I signed the contract and I traded in my used vehicle for the new VW I was happy! Five business days later I received a call from one of the managers there at VW Camelback informing me that they could not get my loan financed after all meanwhile I had already switched my car insurance to cover the new vehicle etc. I ended up taking back the vw and I got my used 2008 Toyota Matrix back but what a nightmare experience.. I didnt even know it was possible for a dealership to let you drive off their lot with a vehicle unless they are 100% sure they can finance the loan!! Shouldnt that be done before a customer drives off the lot with one of their cars??!

Reviews: Stay far away! This is the biggest rip off ever. They sign you up get permission to suck money from your account do nothing and then keep the money!!! They have a debt resolution program that is a scam and then when you go to bankruptcy you get more run around and pay more money that you never get refunded!!! If you want someone to explain what will happen the fees and communicate with you when you have a question do not go here!!!! They were going to charge me $338 for the classes that other attorneys told me were no more expense than $50 at most....
