Reviews: Blakely witt & Assoc represented the mansions at tpc apt in san antonio tx where a single father and a disable child had lived from November 17th 2009 thru Dec 24th 2009 short lived because leasing agent Taylor welcome us took our money deposits for keys remotes and security deposit gave us a bottle of wine and understood where we were coming from a smoking enviroment to were we lost everything to second hand smoke salvation army has 3/4 of every thing we had that was damaged because of it and the were called twice the apt was not ready when we move in it was dirty floors window was not closing holes in the wall that could be seen the unit was a non smoking unit this is the reason we moved in not knowing what was lerking around the corner was several lease violation and every one of them was unfounded 1 first one was we introduce our selves to the nieghbors 2.we were to loud note we had no furniture and the place echoed walls are thin 3 tv was to loud we must have a home theater 4 to much noise manager told me if i get one lease violation we would have to vacant December 10th me and my daughter headed to mississippi jackson we arrived 2:30 pm Dec 11th 2009 at my mother gave site 3:00pm taylor accussed me of being there on property at the mansions 6pm dec 11th 2009 another lease violation on dec 13th tv was to loud we were in beaumont texas checking out motel 6 and thing were unpluged before we left we still have all reciepts from that trip we were being falsely accussed rent was paid thru dec we did not skip. we sent a certified letter that needed a signature one was never return to show proof they recieved it not only did they keep our money they messed up our credit from 615 to nothing we cant get another apt loans ssi messed up this group needs to feel the pain we are in the mansion is no place to live they know they were wrong now using us as scape goats for there screw up i have never had a judgement eviction or this to happen its about money the mansion will never get another dime from me for what the done the manager at the view us to be the manage at the mansions blakely witt &assoc are crooks scammer and dont know when someone is telling the the truth they will believe a lie before the truth i wanted to live in a smoke free eviroment and get a home for me and my daughter butt blakely -witt & assoc messed up any chance of this happening they need to be put out of business people need to speak up and out apartment have gotten away with murder price are out rageous rent a home is cheaper then apartments everyone has there own options creditor history is everything these days we have rights these asss dont even return calls and i have call repeatedly no response except on my credit report we were force out of the view for health reason second hand smoke and force out by lease violation at the mansion and messes credit now by both so do not live 21303 encino commons 8800 bulverde rd mansion they kiss your butt to get in all sweet your a check in there pocket and then you get treated like crap and stab in the back and both are in debt and they are both taking it out on the resident raise rent not fixing things they start off high in the contracts and work there way down quote from the mansion manager agent goes how should i handle this person see what his credit score is if its high go full market price on him break him. i say that cold there is more to this story but right now me a my daughter are stock in our undisclose location because of the inner circle these properties have one phone call can put a person in the street because leasing office does not like you i am a working father going against pencil pushers and liars to get my credit restored so we can get a house for my handicap child and stay smoke free.

Reviews: I put $2500 down for a 2006 impala car and it broke down in the same month on Buckner. I liked this car so much when I was trying it out I didnt really look at the price they had me paying. The car was $18946.38 by the time I signed the contract. Thats like the price of a new car. The car had like 65000 miles already on it!! I know that was a dumb move I did but I was really in need of a car at the time.I also never had a repo on my credit but did not have the best credit score..I have paid off two cars in my lifetime.I paid on time every two weeks of payments of $235 and they did put me in another car on the lot till they could figure out the problem. They could never figure out the problem and kept giving me a broke car that was never fixed lying saying they fixed it when it kept dying. Then I just had enough and asked for another ride and they didnt have anything on there lot that was my taste so I settled for a hunk of junk Trail blazer that was 2005 SUV that had a bad noise that was so loud. They hit me with this high intrest rate of 20% and the car had like 88000 miles on it. I had to pay $240 every two weeks and was very unhappy. The car was also around $18000 by the time I pay it off. I looked in a car book and saw that the truck I was paying on was way cheaper at other car lots with less miles. I was so mad at myself for signing up for this high price junk!! I said to myself I would just go ahead and pay off this suv and would never do anymore business after Im done. One day I was two weeks late on my payment and they cut my car off!!! They never told me they have the kill switch crap that kills your car if you dont pay!!! I was just two weeks late and have been on time in the past. The funny thing was I was going to Tricolor to make a payment after work when they cut my car off!!! I called the Tricolor and told them that the car broke down not knowing they do the kill switch. I then aked if they did cut the car off and he said yes. He told me to call him in 10 mins and let him know if it works. I drove home to pick up my family to go with me to make my payment and the car is dead again!!! I call back to the place and the guy tells me you have to leave the car running. I get the car back on again and have my boyfriend trail me in his car because I feel like this is not safe. On my way I decided that it was not worth giving these people another dime of my money. I feel like if your going to cut my car off because Im late two weeks then you dont need my business. Plus I stay way out and cant travel to this place to make a payment every two weeks. They dont have a website you can make payments on line or calling them and giveing them a credit card number to make a payment. They make it very hard to do business. I could understand if I was a month Late but two weeks??? I gave them there junk back and took my business some place else that dont have kill switches on there cars!!! Tricolor also never reported my good payments to the credit bureaus so they lied about that. Please think twice about this car place.I now have a nice 2007 Mitsubishi Galant I got from Ft. Worth and they do have the opiton to pay monthly and not bi weekly. I only pay $350.54 a month!! Total price $12619 with only 24845 miles....Beat that Tricolor whith your junk cars!!!

Reviews: I bought a 2001 Saturn from DriveTime and within the warranty time we had to call to make an appointment to have the car looked at. The appointment was set up for the next month which by then the warranty was expired. I told them what was wrong with the car and the only thing they fixed was my rotors. So now I am not only having to make my car payment but also put money into the car fixing problems that they were suppose to fix. The customer service is just awful. We have gotten nothing but the run-around from everyone there and I even had one of the guys there stick his upper body in my car to keep me from leaving. Ive had my car for about 8 months and it sat in a garage for about 3 months during that time when it wouldnt start. They say they do a thorough examination on each vehicle and fix any problems with it before they put it on their lot but thats a lie. DriveTime does nothing but take advantage of people who have little to bad credit. They dont care if the car they sell you works or not they only care about getting you in one so that their paycheck is bigger. Please beware if you are looking at purchasing a car from ANY DriveTime. I got mine at the Irving TX location.

Reviews: I had a terrible experience with this dentist in that he cracked my denture and never informed me of such. Upon leaving the office and felt the denture was uncomfortable and was not the same as when I first went into the office. When I arrived home and removed my upper denture it had been cracked and the dentist nor his assistant informed me. I waited several days before calling because I was busy with work. I called them and informed them of my denture being cracked and that I was not told about it and had to learned about it after leaving their office. They asked me to come back. The dentist did a so-called repair of my denture leaving a line on the denture. I knew that this would not be a permanent fix. After 3 months my denture has broken again and its over the holidays. I am not a happy camper with the dental office. This occured when I visited the office for a consultation for implants. I decided after the time that the cost of the implants would be too expensive. It doned on me that the denture was purposefully cracked to make me rethink having the implants work done. I will update this review because I have since (today) call to inquire about having my upper denture permanently repaired.
