Reviews: We told the guy on the phone everything about my car and how much we owed and our credit scores and that we had NO money to put down and David the guy on the phone said that wasnt a problem with the given information and said he made deals like what we wanted all day long now at this point we had already been to Dean McCrary and they were upfront with us and told me that with what I owe on a car the was being phased out that I would probably be in it for awhile but he could get us a deal on the 2010 forte and we told this guy at east bay and he said he could easily match or beat it so we were like ok we will come over and then when we got there oh boy the run around we got David handed us off to another sales guy who in turn NEVER even looked at my car and said that I was 200 a month in deficit and we would need a GOOD down payment so we told him what David said (who btw wouldnt even look at us during he rest of our visit) and he looked at us and just laughed and repeated what he said saying we would need a GOOD down payment so I asked him why David lied then he asked what the other place was offering again and started getting our info screwed up (basically beating around the bush) and we explained again what Dean McCrary had said and then he looked at me and said well then why didnt you take that deal and I said because its stupid not to shop around for the best deal and that David had PROMISED us he could beat that deal so he told us we should accept the other deal but insinuated we lied or were bluffing and said that if we couldnt get it to come back and they would work something out with us which we proceeded to tell him that if they wanted to work with us they had the opportunity and chose not to take it and we left we were livid so we went the next day to Dean McCrary and got the forte!!! I will NEVER go back over there no matter what they offer me!!!
