Reviews: I never had a chance to find any likes with this establishment. Presently I am displaced from my home in New Orleans, La due to hurricane Kartina, my how fast we forget. I received a claim check from what I thought was a respectable insurance company in Geico and needed to cash it. Well after explaining the displaced saga as I have had to do for the past 17 months now I thought someone would try and be a little understanding of my situation, wishful thinking. All I needed to do was cash this check and no matter how I explained that I was satisfied with Navy Federal Credit union a credit union I have been dealing with for the past 25 years I was still told I HAD to have an account in order to cash this check, Why? There are no provisions for unforseen circumstances such as this? Having spent 20 years in the military with the last nine years as a customer service supervisorm I have a great understanding of rules but I also learned that under certain circumstances rules could be modified, not broken but modified in order to assist customer that entered my office. I guess that's the military and on that I should welcome myself to reality.
