Reviews: I would rather stab myself in the eye before going back to their repair shop. First experience they took off the oil cap and forgot to put it back on... and the car wasnt even there for an oil change. 2nd experience went for an oil change and they did $200 worth of work with out notifying me first. 3rd experience went to have a gasket changed was told it would take 5 minutes after an hour was told it would take 2 more hours. When I asked for a loaner was told they didnt have them (which turned out to be a lie). And when I asked to speak to a supervisor I was told No. If you need your car repaired save yourself the trouble. Just stab yourself in the eye.

Reviews: This is a crooked banking operation. I called them after I had a death in the family. They told me it is not there policy to give any kind of grievance payment leave So basicaly they would not give me time to send in the payment. There solution was to charge me a 15 dollar check fee for processing my account so I proceede to give them all my banking information. They gave me a confirmation number to confirm the payment. So i thought they would take care of it. They then sent me a bill with a 25 dollar check fee 15.oo processing fee 70.45 deffered finance fee and immediately raised my intrest to 17.8% from 8.99%. So I immediately called my bank to see what is the problem. The told me that not only did they never have contact with HSBC but nowere does it show that they ever retuned any check because they also would of charged me a fee. I figured it would be easy for me to call them and get this corrected. So i called into there office and explained the situation. Not only were they rude to me they were unwilling to help me solve the situation under the circumstances they proceeded to tell me that I was my financial responsibility and they could not do anything to correct the fees and would proceed to charge t=me the higher interest rate even though they admitted to me it must of been a mistake they made when processing the account. Odviously it was or my bank would know something about it. I have a perfect financial record and 740 credit score. It is companies like this who are ruining the economy with there greed and or unwillingness to treat there customers like people. Do Not Do Business With This Company.
