Reviews: DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY. There were not any major issues during our time there aside from a few request we made to have things repaired that were not (chipping exterior paint low water pressure and broken phone jacks and outlets). I thought I was being thorough when I took pictures of the preexisting conditions but it seems that the inconsequential things I missed we were charged for. The major problem we had with them was with the deductions made from our deposit after we moved out. We were charged excessively for items like light bulbs. We were also charged for broken blinds that we replaced prior to us moving out. However the worst of these were charges for repairs that were never made. I spent two days cleaning everything thoroughly before we left and have the pictures to prove it. When I complained about the deductions and asked for more detailed explanations or pictures I was told to take them to court. I am not one to believe the types of complaints found on sites like these but after my experience I would have to agree with the others when they advise not to rent from ProProperties.

I had gotten their warranty which was a joke! so I turned around and got a 98 windstar van this van seemed fine till the brakes started acting up a few day after i had it. after alot of headaches from trying to find a time that worked for me and them they did fix it to give it back to me with a major oil leak! so i took it to my mechanic to do an over look on it to make sure there was going to be know more surprises. well there was a good $1500 worth of work that needs to be done! And they wont fix it! plain and simply dont buy from them they are not honest they will rip you off they seem nice but its all an act!

Reviews: HH Chevy SUCKS!!! When I bought my car the loan officer treated me like I was a criminal when I have a high credit score! Then in the service department is horrible! Ive been there 3 times this month and they still have my car. The first two times it was there they claimed it was fixed. Im tempted to trade in my car just so I dont have to deal with these clowns. (I bought a warrantee so that is why Im stuck) They take forever and they dont call when they promise. DONT BUY OR USE THERE SERVICES! The only department that is good at there job is the body shop!
