Reviews: Here's my story and I'm sticking to it: Had a recent Bankruptcy (forced into it due to a lawsuit), $30,000 in credit card debt, and owed $4,000 in back taxes. Obviously, my credit worthiness was in poor shape. Emerald consolidated my debt into one payment, paid off my back taxes, and still managed to save me over $600 per month. My loan was fixed for 2 years (they called it a fresh-start program) and then it became adjustable. It was the best loan available at the time considering my credit. It's now almost 2 years later and my credit scores have risen almost 100 points (just like they told me). I have been paying off my credit cards every month, making my mortgage payments on time, and I have re-establised my good credit. Now, I am getting ready to refinance with them once again and get a 30 year fixed rate. They are fair. Maybe I could have done better but I doubt it. Overall, I would have to give them a grade of A-. That's pretty darn good in my book.

Reviews: I submitted an interest card at the Home Depot and was promptly contacted for an appointment. They insisted that all persons on the house title be present at the time the estimate was prepared. That should have been my signal of the tactics to follow! \u000A The salesman gave an estimate over twice the amount of the company I eventually selected. When I declined to sign a contract on the spot, the salesman was seemed offended and started his high pressure approach, trying to make us feel foolish for wanting to shop around. \u000A We later purchased an Alumawood patio from another company. Even after advising Galkos we purchased a cover from another company, they still call us repeatedly.

Reviews: This business solicited a 16 year old in a mall and gave her a business card saying all she had to do was put some money down and then she could get a car. DUH..... They cannot enter into a contract with a 16 year old who is not sophisticated in this type of high pressure salesmanship. When I went in to experience first hand what was going on, I walked out. They continued to call my child and not me. When I kindly asked them to not call my child, they continued. I called back and nobody would take responsibility. I have asked for a general manager, owner, or any other MAN who is going to harass my 16 year old to call me back so that I can complain about the immoral way business is handled here. Do you think I have gotten a call yet? NOPE... because I am told I said not to call ME... I have left numerous messages. The general manager and owner need to own up to their sales people and managers. This is outrageous. They too, gave me a false credit score. I know my credit score and the amount they gave me is far better than reality would havve been. Hiroto is the sales person, Carlos and Eric claimed to be "in charge". Not really. They do not listen. I asked for a phone call back. I asked my daughter to not be contacted and instead they call her back and do not call me back. This is absolutely disgraceful and creepy. I have left messages with the general manager and am "waiting" for a phone call. I have asked for the owner's name and contact number. They cannot seem to locate it..... What a horrible way to handle business. I got a call from the gm and was told I did not know the law about no calling on a no call list and that I should keep my 16 year old in check. I don't think that is the problem here. These men and this dealership is creepy and preys upon young girls.
