Reviews: I was pretty happy when I found Great America and I hoped that by using them I could raise my credit score. I overpaid for my bedroom set through them, but what can you expect with poor credit? Then I bought a TV thru them, what a hassle, if payment was one day late due to mail delivery I received rude calls from their satff. So I then switched to online banking thinking this would be more effecient-not so. Payments posted weren't credited to my account and they owe me a refund that I've been waiting over a month for.

Reviews: Don't know about the new car sales end of this dealer, but I'm giving their service department 5 STARS for efficiency, friendly service, fair pricing, and customer waiting facility. I had an 8:00 AM appointment to have the fuel filter replaced on my '91 Volvo wagon. Plenty of service personnel on hand, a very personal young women checked the car in and directed me to the very comfortable customer waiting room. 45 minutes and 2 muffins later (yes, fresh pastry and coffee on the house) my car was ready and FRESHLY WASHED. I'll be back!!!
