Reviews: I bought a Toyota from this place. Lets just say you have to know how to work the system to get a good deal on a vehicle from this place or any other. You cant just walk in pick out a car and walk out with what you want unless you fight for it. Do your homework and know how much the vehicle you want is actually worth. Have some money for a down payment but dont put all your cards on the table. Its like playing poker you cant see their hand but they THINK they know the cards your holding and they think they can beat you and bluff you into paying what they want you to pay. Dont fall for it! Know your credit score before you walk in. If you are not offered what you want get up and leave. If they can still deal they will do anything to stop you. Dont walk in thinking they are the professionals. They are just salespeople trying to earn a living just like anyone else. They are paid based on what they sell and how much they can sell it for. You are the one making the payments dont agree on anything until you know it is fair. If you are not one to negotiate and complain go pick out one of your loudest most obnoxious but intelligent friends and take them with you.

Reviews: DONT GO TO THIS DEALER!!! Go to another Toyota dealership. My husband & I were in the market for a new car. My husband purchased his Tundra here a few years ago & his brother bought a brand new Camry as well. Needless to say we are a repeat customer & we have referred many to this dealership (this will now change). We went here on a Monday night. No customers at all. A sales by the name of Nick A. approached us. We told him that were looking to buy a compact SUV and we also told him of our buying history w/this dealership. He started w/showing us a new station-wagon like sedan not a compact SUV as we requested. So I had to tell/ask him what about the Rav4? There wasnt any on the front lot so he asked us to go around to the back lot. It took him at least 20 mins to 1/2 an hour to meet us back there. Its not a huge lot that it would take a person that long to get there. When we decided to test drive one it was another 20 mins. of wait. Mind you there were NO OTHER CUSTOMERS there!!! Just 1 or 2 more salesmen just standing around and chatting w/one another. After the test drive we moved on to talking about numbers. Both Nick and the sales manager kept pushing us to leasing the car even though we clearly stated that we wanted to buy. We have great credit and we can put down at least 1/3 of the total cost. Somethings gotta be in the leasing deal(s) for this dealership otherwise why the big push? At any rate after running the numbers (the sales manager was like Im giving you a discount of $400 over invoice because youre a repeat customer. I guess that was suppose to make us feel special?) we ended up telling them that wed think about it and left the dealership. A few days later we went to another Toyota dealership (John Elway in Ontario---recd great service there so I would recommend) and they gave us a better deal on the same exact model/specs on the Rav4. We just happened to be in the City of Industry neighborhood and we thought that Puente Hills can match that price. I had them page Nick (only because he was the previous salesman who helped us). Took him 20 mins. to see me. I told him about the offer fr John Elway and wanted to know if they can match it. Nick acted as if I was a nuisance (doesnt seem to care at all) and I even offered him the name & number of the general manager who gave me that offer so he can verify. Nick was like I can talk to them all day long and it wouldnt matter. Then he said You need to make me a reasonable offer. I thought so coming back here to give you a chance at my business wasnt enough? I told him that I want to know how close they can match the other dealerships offer. At this point he went & got another manager to deal w/me. At least this guy (Jose) was a lot nicer. He even recommended to go w/the other dealers offer cause its a good one. I should have trusted my instincts: while other sales will follow up w/their leads (calls and emails) this guy never bothered & just let us walk despite our history w/them. If they wanted our business they would have followed up and closed the deal. Go to another Toyota delearship and avoid this one.

Reviews: Salesman ED began to help us. After much pressuring he forced us into the finance office. But we were actually thinking about purchasing the vehicle so we agreed. Once there he went back and forth with all that BULL with the finance manager DAVE. Basically they sat down and made us fill out the paperwork. We already knew the credit score of the signer coming into this. They came back with this story of how our credit was not good (not so- 760) and that we were unable to qualify for Kias 3.5% so that we would have to go through the bank of their dealer (another scam) So they came back with a ridiculous number on the car and an $8000 down payment (big difference from our family car 7 series BMW- only 5K down) We told them that we didnt like the number and the idiot comes back rude as hell and says I can knock down $50.00 off the price- if you want to take the car or not its up to you if not you can leave! So we started laughing at him because we thought he was a joke. He then responded You took 3 hours away from my time and I wasted it on you. So we said ok wed like to talk directly to the finance manager who is it? He then said I was instructed not to continue speaking with you unless youre serious about buying a car and he walked away!!! OMG to think that we were serious about buying this car! PLEASE dont give these dimwits your business time or money! Drive the extra mile and give the commission to someone who deserves it! The following week we drove to another Kia Dealership and purchased the car we wanted elsewhere. Oh yeah and that idiot ED keeps talking about how hard life is with his three kids and supporting a wife- DONT fall for it heard from a friend its all a scam. A month later when we checked the credit reports this company had kept running our credit over and over! NEVER GO TO CITRUS MOTORS!!!!

Reviews: I used Signature Pest control back in 2008. I had a paid in full 1 year contract that I paid up front with a credit card. Towards the end of the contract they started to not show up for appointments. We had 3 no shows so my wife called to cancel the service. The manager agreed to cancel the contract and the contract was paid in full. 3 years later I get a collection notice in the mail for $491.00 saying Signature Pest Control had sent this in. I called the number on the collections notice and they say they do not service Signature Pest Control any longer. I call the next day to Signature Pest control and they keep telling me to call the number on the letter. I explained to them that this was paid 3 years ago but they were very rude. I asked for a manager but they refused to transfer me. I called back and repeatedly asked to talk to a manager. They told me to stop calling. I had my wife call the next day and they gave her a different number for another collection agency. She calls the collection agency and the person tells her that Signature pest control has just sent him Hundreds of files and he is inundated with them. My wife and I are just trying to find out what is going on because none of this makes any sense. I call back to signature pest control the next day asking for a manager and they tell me they are calling the Police! I am just trying to get answers cannot get a phone call back cannot talk to a manager and they have been terribly rude to me. I still do not know what they want money for after being paid in full 3 years ago. I have an 800 credit score have always paid my bills and cannot believe this. I urge anyone not to use this company.
