Reviews: Dont get a loan at this place its not worth the hassle. I originally got a loan in order to improve my credit score. And let me tell you these are the rudest people i have ever delt with. They give you the biggest attitude and wont even tell you your account balance unless you send a payment. Even if you may be done paying off your loan they tell you to send money to check your balance and that theyll just refund the difference if the loan was already paid off because they cant check unless you make a payment. I believe its just a lame excuse to try to get you to send them more money. After i sent them hundreds just to check my balance the operator said i was done paying my loan. I first sent a small payment because i didnt want to send a few hundred JUST to check a balance that i thought was already paid off and the operator on the phone told me to stop playing games and hung up on me and said to call back when i send in 200. How ridiculous is that? I was also told that my balance was paid off completely TWO separate times. Just to call back a few weeks later and be told i owe 600 due to late fees because i stopped paying.. BECAUSE I WAS TOLD IT WAS ALREADY PAID OFF. Now i have paid off about 3 times the amount of my loan and still owe them hundreds more when this was supposed to be a one year loan. And it hasnt even been 6 months yet since ive started the loan. Save yourself the headache and stay clear of this place. They are extremely unprofessional and cant even tell you your account balance or can;t even tell you the correct amount they you owe. AND they WILL mislead you i don;t know if they do because they are so unorganized and dont know what the hell they are doing or if they just lie to you and tell you that you are done so you stop paying in order to let the balance build higher until they will just repo your car.

Reviews: something like that hapened to me if it wouldnt be that i had a total loss of the car ill still been paying 400 dollar a month for a car that was not worth it. The car was supossed to cost 12k and they gave me a 23.9% on the interest rate so... after that the car was almost 20k and was a 2001 with 90k miles on it. My husband was trying to push me again with them and thanks God i found this place with all the reviews.

Reviews: I was promised my timeshare would sell in six months and if it did not I would be given a $300 gas card. Eighteen months have gone by without my timeshare sold. Nor have a I received a gas card. I have called them and listened to say it will sale they are having presentation this next. I think this company is running a scam. Promise you a gas card if your timeshare does not sell in six months. By the time after six months have gone you cant complain to your credit company and recoup your funds. And they hope by then you forget about the gas card you were promised.

Reviews: I love Bluegreen Vacation Club. If it were not for Bluegreen my family and I would never go on vacation but now we usually go on 2-3 vacations a year and my children can experience a wide range of places to see. There is no perfect company out there Bluegreen does have its faults and could improve on a lot. They need to update some of thier resorts but for the most part I have found the accomodations great. I dont have to much of a problem reserving a vacation I have learned to plan ahead and you are given up to 10 days in advance to cancel your reservations without losing your points. You dont always get the exact accomodations your looking for if you call to reserve last minute and sometimes you might have to go somewhere different so I just go with the flow. Thier customer service does need some fine tuning but I have had no major complaints. I have heard in some circumstances that if you write a letter explaining about losing your vacation point problem that they would review it. I heard of two people that did get their points redeposited due to the circumstances. Yes you do have to pay yearly maintenence fees but if we didnt then they wouldnt have any money to fix units that need to be fixed and we would be staying in a dump. Our initial point purchase was low just to get into the system and we have upgraded three times since then some of the salesmen are very pushy but they are salesmen what would anyone expect. When we went on our origional tour they did put us up in a hotel that left much to be desired but when I called and complained they quickly got us a room and at different hotel. They did give me a choice out of a couple hotels when we made the origional reservation if I were doing it now I would research the hotel first. Again there is no perfect company out there but I am extremely happy with Bluegreen. I have heard plenty of people complain about their other companys time share and the horror stories they have to go through
