The staff is very friendly helpful and compassionate. They have worked with me thru difficult times and always treated me with respect and dignity. Reviews: STAY AWAY FROM WESTERN DENTAL! I have had two office visits for both myself and children and neither experience was pleasant. The first appointment was a 2 hour wait in a crowded and dingy office only to be seen because the office was closing for the day. Since there was a mandatory restriction on employees working overtime the staff was far more concerned with getting out on time. We were all receiving a basic cleaning and were rushed through the appointment. My teenage children had paste from the procedure all over themselves and no care was taken in performing the cleaning at all. The staff was sloppy and so focused on closing on time that they were sacrificing customer service. In addition we missed our ortho appointments which were scheduled the same day due to the very long wait. When we returned for a new ortho appt this time for the first appointments of the day again our wait was 2 hours in a crowded lobby. The staff obviously over-schedules intentionally. That too was a rushed appointment. I myself needed to schedule an appt with the specialist who is only available once per month! Since my first two visits werent very pleasant Ive since cancelled any further appointments with Western Dental. They are very unorganized uninformative and do not provide good customer service at all.
