Reviews: I am a single white female with a job I have held for almost a year making $60000 a year. My only child is grown and although I consider myself well off I needed a loan. I contacted Chase bank on Austin hwy and talked to Danial Deleon and he assured me there would be no problems with me getting an unsecured loan for $2000 even with my low credit score. A week later after calling him a minimum of 2 times a day I finally got ahold of him and he informed me I was denied the loan. I said I understood and he suggested using my clear title on my vehical to get a loan. I agreed and responded I would get my information to him the next day. I called again several times a day for several days in a row with no response to my messages or calls. After another 2 weeks being jerked around he finally answered my call. He stated with a clear title (which I had) I would have no problem getting a loan since the vehicle was worth at least $10000 and I only wanted to borrow $2000. He said he would send it through and have the details the next day. He did not call and by noon on the following day I called him and he would not accept my call again. The girl told me that he said if I called to let me know the load was denied no explanation or details of why. He again has refused to respond to my calls or messages. I would not recommend them for anyone. Note they have been my primary bank for 15 years.

Reviews: Going to Drivetime to purchase a vehicle was the BIGGEST mistake I ever made! The reps have no clue of what customer service is and are poorly trained to handle accounts of any form. To this very day I have to argue with them because they refuse to make the necessary modifications to my account after I have fulfilled my obligations. Its almost as though they want to charge additional interest and fees rather than make changes that reflect my pay schedule. They must get paid on the 1st and 15th because I dont... and I am still looking for that agreement in my contract. My final decision: Buy a new car and contact an attorney. I have grown tired of Drivetime CC. reps harrassment lies and lack of service. Drivetime Credit Corp. makes the option of walking to my destinations seem pleasurable...because my experience with them has truely by aweful. PLEASE DO NOT SUBJECT YOURSELF TO MISTREATMENT AND LIES...FIND ANOTHER FINANCE COMPANY THAT HAS SOME HONESTY AND INTEGRITY ABOUT THEIR BUSINESS!

Reviews: ill say this i went to them and i owed nothing on my mustang and they were going to give me what i wanted for the car at first....i was like ok...the only thing is the 2008 jetta they were trying to seel me in 2009 actual cash value was 14500 he was trying to sell it to me for 18000. i told him that that was not right....he told me that since i had bad credit then thats the sale price...so i left....i went back a few months ever and they were going to give me half of what they stated for my car and they were trying to sell me a truck with cut seat belts and it was A TOTAL POS.....i ended up going to chacon suzuki in nb.....total amazing company.....i will always refer them to anyone and they report to the credit buraue ....how ever u spell that crap....they work with u if u cant make your payment on time....u get a 12 day grace period.....

Reviews: I am so happy to have stopped at Drive Time to enquire about purchasing a car. It was after closing hours and a gentleman named David Jarafy approched us and asked he could help us. I had been having a hard time finding someone who could help me finance a car because of my credit history. I explained my situation and he said to me I will help you get into a new car today. In my mind I thought yea right Ok whatever lets see what this guy can do for us. Well let me tell you that David took my application and information and still in my head I had doubts about getting approved he kept saying dont worry I am gonna make it happen you will drive out with a car today reguardless of your credit history. I got APPROVED he showed me a list of cars I could choose from and said ok lets go out there and look at some cars. I was shocked. We test drove a couple of cars I liked he checked to make sure the vehicle had no history of any automotive problems and make sure it was running the way it should and explained warranty. I chose one and sat down to talk about my options on closing the deal. I was given bi weelky payments i could afford no hassle about my bad credit a car I absolutely loved it was quick and i was shocked at how easy it was to drive out with my car in just a couple of hours. And to top it off after closing hours! It cant get any better than that. I absolutely recommend Drive Time to everyone that needs a second chance financing. Its true that the intrest rates will be a little high but If you think about it whos fault is that certainly not Drive Time or Davids or anyone who works there. I recommend everyone to stop by and ask for David Jafrary he is the best car sales person I have ever dealt with. He is friendly patient always with a smile and will be there for you every step of the way till you close your deal and drive off in your car. Drive Time is truly blessed to have him on their team! I am absolutely satisfied with their service and will recommend it to everyone.

Reviews: I came in with my own financing and as a favor because they begged me to use theirs as long as they didnt run a hard inquiry on my credit...they didnt honor their word. Because I subscribe to credit monitoring...I found out 2 days later they ran hard ones anyway....and wont remove their error. They didnt call me when my tags were in they didnt give me my year free of car washes as written in the contract and they said for a month they would remove the inquiries and then said they wont. I am taking it to my attorney and the Better Business Bureau with dates names times etc. My credit score dropped by 20 points which affects my interest rate on a home loan. I know I qualify for a home loan but because of THEIR actions it would be at a higher rates which would cost me approximately 31000 dollars in interest over the term of the mortgage loan. That is more than what we paid for the vehicle. They try to pass off the reason because of some else should of done or didnt do this....the bottom line is ....they should make it right. If this is the action in the first 30days dealing with Lone Star Dodge...what does the future hold? Would you trust them even to do your service of the vehicle? I think not. I will not give them any help towards their 5 Star Rating. I cant wait to receive the survey!

Reviews: Wow the people here were great they helped me get into a great car and didnt hassle me about my bad credit. I had been to plenty of dealerships before going there and was told no time and time again. Just when i was about to give up i was referred to the Bandera store by a friend and they really went the extra mile to make sure i got into a good dependable vehicle. I got a warranty a car history report bi-weekly payments to help me with my budget short term financing and a great car. If you get a chance and your looking for great service go by they really are the go to guys.
