Reviews: i gave the dealer ship all my info and sid that i will receive a call in about 20 minutes it never happend i let 2 days go by and still no call so i decided to call them. when they answered the phone they put me on hold for about 10 minutes so that they could review the application after doing that they still asked me for all that info again so i gave it to them and again they told me that they will call back before the end of the day and again no call. the following day a bit upset i called again and got the whole (sorry we were very bussy crap) so i asked do you have the time now and guess what? i was put on hold again when they picked up they asked for more info ex. trade and cash down i said yes to both they asked us to stop by and check the cars out because we were going to be put into a different car when we got there. i did explain to sales/finance guy what i could afford and if he didnt have something in that price range to tell me so that i would have to take the drive their i live in the south bay thats a long drive he said yes we have plenty of them come over so i decided to go when i got there i was waiting in the waiting room super hot no a/c for about 20 minutes he talked to his manager came out of the office and they onlu had 2 cars to offer me a hunday and a saturm 2 doors when i had requested 4. so again please wait while i figured something out. when he was done talking to his manager again he said well we could get you a car but its about 100 dlls more than what you could afford so i said no. very pushy when i went out to the lot to see the cars on my own i asked if i could get a car that was worth 11k he said no but offered to get me a car that was worth 14k i dont get the pictures he said that the bank wont finance high milage when it only had 60k and the one he wanted to sell had 30k stupid. when i already had told them that i had a trade in he asked me againg if i had one again yes. mad at this time i decided to leave 10 minutes later i get a call from the manager asking me what the deal was i responded youre the manager he ask if i had a trade and again yes he told me since you have a tade in we cant get you into a car unless you pay all the negative equaty on it without knowing how much i owed he had the guts to tell me that he coult do anything for me. VERY BAD SERVICE AND TERE FULL OF CRAP ALSO VERY RUDE NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE ITS NOT WORTH THE DRIVE
