Reviews: This is a terrible company to deal with. I am thankful that this is not my insurance company. I was rear-ended and had to file a claim with Direct Insurance. As of today it has been a month later and still I have not recieved a penny for my claim! They have terrible customer service skills as well. I dont know what their rates are but if you want good customer service do not use these guys!!

Reviews: PROS: 1. affordable 2. fairly large space. 3. 2 bathrooms 4. friendly staff (for the most part) 5. there is an alarm system (local or a phone linked) CONS: 1. cockroach infestation 2. kitchen cupboards show their age 3. bathrooms have un-cleanable scum from previous tenants. 4. units near parking area drains are susceptible to flooding during heavy rains. 5. closets doors are dangerous and annoying. if you open and close them often there is a chance it will fall off on you. 6. useless dishwashing machine.
