Reviews: I had checked in my 1997 850 Sta. Wagon Volvo for a recall part that this Dealership had sent us a letter noticed last a year ago. Yes they had my car checked but they said this Dealer will order the part for this gas tank. This Volvo Dealer told us that they call us by phone when this ordered part arrived but ubtil now I have not hear from this Dealer called us back for this recall part? The people here are okay but some how the leadership in the managements are lacking some kind of follow ups with thier customers who which like us are still waiting for that ordered gas tank for over a year now. You try waiting that long if you like it? My family and I are wondering about who was incharge in doing the follow up and when this Dealer will call us up for that recalled part for repairs. I have to tell you all this my family and I are looking for another car within 3-6 months here new or used one but with this past experience with the Volvo Dealer I do not think that we are coming back here to buy a new Volvo or used Volvo. We are going some where else which will treat us like customers and not just a numbers for the dealers view. Respectfully Vic Y.

Reviews: I have nothing bad to say about Volkswagen and the quality of their vehicles. I visited Volkswagen Camelback initially a few months ago & I decided to wait on a purchase to save money for a good down payment and work on improving my credit score and also paying off some debt to get a better financing deal on the car I wanted. After I received several persistant calls from the sales guy requesting me to come back to work out a deal with me I decided to pay them a visit.. Long story short I loved the car and they offered me a great interest rate I signed the contract and I traded in my used vehicle for the new VW I was happy! Five business days later I received a call from one of the managers there at VW Camelback informing me that they could not get my loan financed after all meanwhile I had already switched my car insurance to cover the new vehicle etc. I ended up taking back the vw and I got my used 2008 Toyota Matrix back but what a nightmare experience.. I didnt even know it was possible for a dealership to let you drive off their lot with a vehicle unless they are 100% sure they can finance the loan!! Shouldnt that be done before a customer drives off the lot with one of their cars??!
