Reviews: NOT a good one I have been a customer for 12 years and never have been through what I went through on friday the 19th of 2009. They sent me a letter saying they wanted to buy back my lease. So I went in to see what kind of deal I could get. The sales man that helped me kept calling me Darla my name is Carla. Then said that he cut other customer short just to help me and that I shoud of stayed with a different sales guy that helped me before. Well I found a accord that I liked said it was a done deal signed the papers and he gave me the keys and said pick up the car in the morning. Then just like that he came back said well I need the keys back this isnt going to work your credit score is only a 691 and that isnt good enough. WEll I didnt know that you could take it all back when he all ready gave me the keys and said pick it up in the morning. What a joke not only did he not know my name he didnt know what he was doing.
