Reviews: Poor service never got back with me I always had to call him. After 2months of them working om my loan I decided to go to another lender and they closed the loan in 2 1/2 weeks. I have a credit score of a 720 and put 30% down. My debt ratio wasnt an issue either at 27%. Dont go here keep looking.

Reviews: Bought a used 08 CTS that was supposed to be Certified. Finance guy RYAN- was extremely distracted while having me sign papers he was engaged in conversation on the telephone while he shoved papers in fron of me. One of them was a waiver for the $1100 certification warranty. If a person is purchasing a $45K vehicle why in the world would she pass up a 6 yr. 100000 certification warranty for $1100?? Then the car had 4 mis-matched tires- and it says right in the vehicle manual NOT to put mis-matched tires of ANY KIND on the vehicle. When we brought it back to have corrected it was a major argument a complete waste of time (had to wait 2 hours to have the argument) then sent us on a wild goose chase to get some replacement tires from some undergroud tire shop called Joes Tires & Wheel. The owner of this shop is a piece of work. He scheduled an appointment with me was a no show wouldn;t return calls scheduled another appointment and had me drive to his location & his staff was unaware I was supposed to come in & told me it would be a 3 hour wait! Terrible & unprofessional customer service from Used car salesman Joe & manager Mark. Better off going with someone you know & TRUST or buy new!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! NEVER AGAIN will we purchase from this location!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
