Reviews: I went in to get my home refinanced and when the contracts were drawn up the numbers were much higher then discussed and the terms were more to the companies benefit than ours. we were also asked to put cash out of our pocket. I wouldnt use them. their are not honest.

Reviews: THEY R A BAIT AND SWITCH BUSINESS! MY DAUGHTER AND SON IN LAW TO BE WENT THERE I WAS WITH THEM. THEY SWORE UP AND DOWN THEY WOULD GET THEM FINANCED AND WITH THE AMOUNT THEY HAD AVAILABLE FOR A DOWN PAYMENT AND A PAYMENT THEY COULD AFFORD. THEY SAID THEY COULD. YES THEY DID GET THE FINANCING BUT! THEY WOULD NEED DOUBLE DOWN PAYMENT TO GET THIER FINANCING OK SO I HELPED OUT ALL WAS GOOD... TIL THEY SAID THIER PAYMENTS WOULD BE DOUBLE!!!!!!! THEN THEY SAID THIS WOULD BE AT 30 PERCENT! THEY COULD GET A CO-SIGNER BUT STILL AT 15 PERCENT FOR 48 MONTHS!!!!! HE HAD A 620 CREDIT SCORE.... SO SO PLEASE BEWARE OF THEMMMM!!!!! SORRY I CAN;T EVEN GIVE 1 STAR RATING.....

Reviews: I purchased a window switch for my 1995 pontiac sunfire and it turned out to be defective. I had it installed at a local electrical shop and they told me it was not functioning at all. I contacted jet chevrolet and followed their instruction on returning item. About a month later I contacted them to see what was happening with my switch. They told me they would not honor their warrenty on this item. Iv tried for two years to recieve any form of satisfaction from them. NOTHING. I asked them to return to me the defective switch so I could say That I had something to show for my $100 or so dollars I spent on this item. Im still hoping this could be resolved.

Reviews: I lived in canyon park apartments for 8 months and hated every single minute of it. First of all if you dont get home from work before 4pm you can forget finding a parking spot you are only assigned one space even if you and your spouse both have a car. The element that resides there is low level trash that have no repect for the other residents and the manager does nothing to stop the harrassment. All the manager cares about is collecting the rent. During the day when everyone is away at work they show you a nice apartment in a quiet community. BEWARE! That is just a magic show! If you are happily married DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!! Ive seen cheating with neighbors going on and it was very entertaining and disturbing at the same time. They totaly rip you off when you move out to milk more money out of you. and they dont send things to your forwarding address that you left they send it strait to a collection agency to blemish your perfect credit score and when you ask why they did not contact you 6 months ago before sending it to a collection agency they act like they have no idea what you are talking about. There is NO PLACE to park on the weekends so dont even think about inviting company over unless they catch the bus. It is not worth it find somewhere else to live. The manager-EVIL The residents-EVIL BECAUSE THEY ARE BEING RIPPED OFF The whole apartment community-EVIL(it must have been built over some unholy land) DONT MOVE HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO FEEL CLOSER TO SATAIN!!!!
