Reviews: horrible horrible....THEY ARE A RIP OFF... they took monthly payments from us for 6 months before we caught on... they tell you to not pay any of your creditors while on their program which in the end get you grossly behind on all your credit cards and ruins your credit score. Everytime we called to settle with one of our creditors DEBT SETTLEMENT kept telling us to wait some more wait some more.... and they never in 6 monthes settled with any of our credit cards but had no problem deducting their fee every month. if you dont believe me check out their better business bureau rating at www.bbb.com its an F or look up www.ripoffreport.com and look at the hundreds of complaints about this company. Its companies like this that make america less and less appealing to live in. Then when we cancelled and demanded our money back they told us to write a letter why we deserve our money back and their board will decide weather to give it back or not.... PREDATORS
