Reviews: I was hospitalised in erly Oct 2008 for back surgery performed by Dr Michael Smith MD. During my stay I was treated with nothing but respect in spite of my gender dysphoria. I can say nothing but Kudos to St Francis Administrators and medical staff of quality CARING nurses! Much better than that other place called a hospital down the street. I would NEVER reccomend them to a dog much less a human!

Reviews: Recd a letter today from my Corp Credit Card Billing Depart. Stating that I had stayed at this Hotel in Topeka KS. Billed for $45.43. Never been to Topeka KS. During the time frame I was suppose to be staying at this Hotel I was recouping from a major surgery here at home in Texas. Corp Billing tells me that the Hotel may have gotten the card number wrong. Now I am held liable for the bill. Called the Hotel and spoke with the clerk who could barely understnad English and told me that she couldnt do anything about it. I asked to speak to the Manager. She said he was not there. Between politicans and bankers screwing us over now it is the hotel chains. Every Hotel I have stayed at in the pass always ask for a pictured ID to verify use of credit cards. It appears that this one doesnt verify anything. Just take your word that the name you give is you and charge you for the payment. I dread the person that used my card because I am a retired LEO and I intend to file criminal charges as will as go after this HOTEL chain. Between of howo you use you credit cards and who may be lerking around. It could be extremely costly to you. Now my accounts are suspended and cancelled. So much for trying to keep your credit score clean. I am MAD AS HELL!
