Reviews: We went in not expecting much as we have had trouble with our credit in the past. Sherry was very patient with us as long as we told her the truth. But believe it or not we were able to walk out with an excellent deal or so we thought. Later that night we got a call from Carmela Cooper in finance telling us that she was able to get us a lower API. That wound up saving us and extra 40 dollars a month. Our sincere thanks to South Bay Chrysler Jeep and Dodge for their hard work and patience with a special thanks to Sherry and an extra special thanks to Carmela.

Reviews: This lab is a morron. They sent me to collection and dented my credit score from 720 to 690 because of $60.24. All because when they couldnt process my credit card few months ago because of incorrect expiratioin date. Meanwhile they never notified me of the problem neither by phone nor by mail. I thought it was paid!! Then all of a sudden I realized my credit score dropped when I applied for a car loan. Then I saw I was on collection. The next day after I checked my credit score I got the collection agency letter to collect $60.24!! I cant believe this lab actually put me on collection and dented my credit because of $60.24 and it was all their fault cause they never let me know there was a problem! Very bad customer service and they have total idiots there who manage the adminstration and billing. Now I doubt how reliable they are in terms of running lab test cause it raises a red flag to me as to the quality of management and people they hired. If the lab cant hire competent ppl for admin and billing what makes you think they hire competent ppl for their lab? Can I rely on its testing results that we are okay? Or am I taking a chance only to find out the lab messes up the testing results and I have this cancer cell growing for months??? Go figure!!
