Reviews: They are now called Lakeside Casitas. They charge quite a lot for their apartments, the rent increases have been unreasonable, and you could rent a better place for the same or less-- that is, you could pay the same or less for better construction, newer appliances, better flooring, better cabinets, etc. The grounds are nice, the apartments are fairly spacious, but the appliances are older, the A/C units are older, and there are several problems. They have been advertising (and charging for) a fitness center that still is under construction; they have a dumpster enclosure without a dumpster, so one must walk a significant distance across the parking lot to dispose of garbage; the recent renovations were of spotty quality. They seem to also have a habit of losing significant portions of the security and pet deposits. The security gate in front is easily circumvented, and doesn't seem to work half the time; although it is next to Lakeside Park, they lock the gates, so you can no longer go on a quick walk there. The entire apartment (not just the windows, but the frame as well) rattles when military helicopters make their daily flights overhead. I am seriously glad to be out of there.
