Reviews: I had the exact same problem as everyone else!! I owned my own home 4 years ago. I had to do a short sale and I moved to a rental place with RPM Services. So I have rented with them for the last two years with no problems. I have paid my rent on time and all my credit cards. With TMG you cant have over 5 points or you have to have a co-signer. I had 2 points 2 points and they said they wouldnt rent to me because I owed a 60.00 bill to a previous rental place. So I contacted my old apartments that I lived in about 6 years ago and they said it shouldnt be on my credit I had already paid them which I had. I gave a letter to TMG from the apartments saying that I had payed the 60.00. TMG said it wasnt good enough because it was still on my report. So there goes $50.00 wasted. I will make sure I tell everyone not to rent with this place!! What a rip off. They got their 50 dollars so they really dont care. DO NOT RENT FROM HERE!!

Reviews: Went to rapid cash to get a loan then in 2 weeks I called and spoke to Becky (manager). I told her I need to be put on a payment plan. ( This is a Washington State Fedral right) To be paid back in 90 days. she said she cant do this and put my check through and bankrupted my account with over draft fees (13 of them) the check was then sent back to their office. I called the main office and spoke to Heidi. She appologized and said she wont put the check through for 2 weeks in order for me to catch up. 3 days later on my pay day she put it through again... 6 more over draft fees. This place is a complete joke. Dont waste your time or money with these *ssholes. Iam now have retained a lawyer in order to get reimburesed. What they are doing is a crime. All cash advance business MUST offer a payback program if you are unable to pay. 60 days or 90 days interest free. Know your rights with these places.

They make fake jobs up so you think they are getting you real jobs but they arent. Im signed with a legit agency now and they get me jobs weekly. Reviews: Take a GOOD look at what your buying here. The vehicles they offer for sale have minor to major problems. Dealerships buy from them? highly doubtful. You can get a good deal here if you know cars in & out otherwise you might not be so happy with your purchase. Dont expect much in customer service after the sale. They dont return calls or e-mails. If they sell you an extended warranty you better call the warranty company and verify you actually have coverage. They charged us for a service agreement then kept the money! If you can afford it buy a used Kia with its headache-free drivetrain warranty. Be VERY careful here. They will give you the highest interest rate possible on a loan regardless of your credit score. Try pre-financing before going here or shop at a large dealership with a full service department.
