Reviews: DONT GO TO THIS DEALER!!! Go to another Toyota dealership. My husband & I were in the market for a new car. My husband purchased his Tundra here a few years ago & his brother bought a brand new Camry as well. Needless to say we are a repeat customer & we have referred many to this dealership (this will now change). We went here on a Monday night. No customers at all. A sales by the name of Nick A. approached us. We told him that were looking to buy a compact SUV and we also told him of our buying history w/this dealership. He started w/showing us a new station-wagon like sedan not a compact SUV as we requested. So I had to tell/ask him what about the Rav4? There wasnt any on the front lot so he asked us to go around to the back lot. It took him at least 20 mins to 1/2 an hour to meet us back there. Its not a huge lot that it would take a person that long to get there. When we decided to test drive one it was another 20 mins. of wait. Mind you there were NO OTHER CUSTOMERS there!!! Just 1 or 2 more salesmen just standing around and chatting w/one another. After the test drive we moved on to talking about numbers. Both Nick and the sales manager kept pushing us to leasing the car even though we clearly stated that we wanted to buy. We have great credit and we can put down at least 1/3 of the total cost. Somethings gotta be in the leasing deal(s) for this dealership otherwise why the big push? At any rate after running the numbers (the sales manager was like Im giving you a discount of $400 over invoice because youre a repeat customer. I guess that was suppose to make us feel special?) we ended up telling them that wed think about it and left the dealership. A few days later we went to another Toyota dealership (John Elway in Ontario---recd great service there so I would recommend) and they gave us a better deal on the same exact model/specs on the Rav4. We just happened to be in the City of Industry neighborhood and we thought that Puente Hills can match that price. I had them page Nick (only because he was the previous salesman who helped us). Took him 20 mins. to see me. I told him about the offer fr John Elway and wanted to know if they can match it. Nick acted as if I was a nuisance (doesnt seem to care at all) and I even offered him the name & number of the general manager who gave me that offer so he can verify. Nick was like I can talk to them all day long and it wouldnt matter. Then he said You need to make me a reasonable offer. I thought so coming back here to give you a chance at my business wasnt enough? I told him that I want to know how close they can match the other dealerships offer. At this point he went & got another manager to deal w/me. At least this guy (Jose) was a lot nicer. He even recommended to go w/the other dealers offer cause its a good one. I should have trusted my instincts: while other sales will follow up w/their leads (calls and emails) this guy never bothered & just let us walk despite our history w/them. If they wanted our business they would have followed up and closed the deal. Go to another Toyota delearship and avoid this one.

Reviews: Eastern auto sales is by far the worst dealership experiance ever. I bought a white f150 from nick there and i have had it in the shop three times for the same electrical transmission problem and it has yet to be fixed and they will not cover it either though the problem has been going on in the warranty time.this company is why people like this shouldnt be in bussiness. I still owe 2500 on this truck and im glad i in house financed it because in gonna be just as enxcious to pay them as they are to repair my truck. and lol i purposely was late on a payment and they sent there REPO man to my house at 3:00a.m knocking on my door and calling my cell. meanwhile he comes to do the repo in a beat up dodge neon car with two kids couldnt be more then 4 and 5 years old in the back seat with a crack head girl friend in the front seat. who puts there kids in that kinda of danger. and who repos in a neon car. now if that trunk would of poped open and he was able to hook up to my truck i would of given him the keys. lol but that just goes to show you what kinda of dealership eastern auto sales is. I have put a claim in with the BBB and contacted a lawyer and just wrote this review lets see if i get there attention NOW!!!

Reviews: I discovered Montebello Car Title Loan which is right available here in town and in nearby places like Inglewood Hawthorne Downey Bell Whittier El Monte Glendale Beverly Hills and Pasadena. Its interest rates were low and I felt good about it. I went online and filled out their application and got a call back within minutes. I even got the money the very same day and was able to schedule my appointment. Maybe I really have to slow down on those sweets.

Reviews: Stay away from this place if you need your Nissan cars serviced. I went in to get an oil change and ended up needing a new engine for my 2008 Altima. While waiting for the oil change I was told that their technician found leakage on the oil pan rocker cover and front suspension strut on a well maintained relatively new vehicle. Since those items were all under warranty the service adviser said he would ???help me out??? and correct the problems. They kept the car for two working days and I got it back before close on the following day. I went straight home from Alhambra Nissan which is only 1 mile away. On the way home the car stalled one time and I was able to restart it. On my way to work 4 o???clock the next morning the car started sputtering on the freeway some 30 miles into my trip. I managed to get off the freeway thinking I should be able to make it to work. The car died in the middle of the street a quarter of a mile from my work place. Since it was five o???clock in the morning not knowing where I can tow the car to and since I just got the car back from having it serviced at Alhambra Nissan hours ago I had it towed back to Alhambra Nissan. The tow bill was $369 which I ended up not getting any reimbursement for. Turn out that Nissan Motor USA approve $50 dollar to reimburse me for the tow but Alhambra Nissan somehow think they should keep that $50 too. As for the car it needed a brand new engine. Alhambra Nissan denying any wrong doing stated that the catalytic converter just happened to fail at that time and debris from the crumpled catalytic converter made it back to the cylinders and caused the engine to fail. Their exact words were: ???It???s a common thing we see it here at the shop all the time. It???s not something we did that caused the engine to fail.??? Thank sweet Lord Jesus I was not kill or injured because of the engine failure. And since the car was still under warranty Alhambra Nissan conveniently passed on the six thousand plus dollars repair bill to Nissan Motor USA. I am taking the car back to Alhambra Nissan this week because since the engine replacement I???ve noticed a slow oil leak and am having problem with difficult engine startups. To all you prospective customer of Alhambra Nissan out there please read all the negative reviews and take your vehicles elsewhere for service. All the stories about repairs gone wrong and unnecessary repair suggestions are probably all true. There has got to be a reason for a business establishment to get such a low customer rating. They get a one star because I can not get any lower than that on this site.

Reviews: I bought a Toyota from this place. Lets just say you have to know how to work the system to get a good deal on a vehicle from this place or any other. You cant just walk in pick out a car and walk out with what you want unless you fight for it. Do your homework and know how much the vehicle you want is actually worth. Have some money for a down payment but dont put all your cards on the table. Its like playing poker you cant see their hand but they THINK they know the cards your holding and they think they can beat you and bluff you into paying what they want you to pay. Dont fall for it! Know your credit score before you walk in. If you are not offered what you want get up and leave. If they can still deal they will do anything to stop you. Dont walk in thinking they are the professionals. They are just salespeople trying to earn a living just like anyone else. They are paid based on what they sell and how much they can sell it for. You are the one making the payments dont agree on anything until you know it is fair. If you are not one to negotiate and complain go pick out one of your loudest most obnoxious but intelligent friends and take them with you.
