I was so frustrated with new neighbors buying houses down the street for half the price I paid; I was dead stuck on getting a balance reduction. The agent told me I couldnt get one with my lender but getting a rate reduction and lengthening the term would provide me with the best result - a payment reduction. I finally listened and you were right! My payments dropped $523 a month and my wife and I are very pleased to say the least.

Reviews: This property management company completely screwed me over. Basically they got my application asked for a guarantor strung me along for over a week and subsequently forgot to ask me for my 2003 tax return until a few hours after somebody else had signed a lease (clearly they were waiting for someone better qualifed). Note that my salary is $115000/year and the place I was renting was only $2800/month AND I had a guarantor in place who makes at least THREE TIMES my annual salary AND I have credit score from 720-760. These jerks should never be used or (if you must use them) trusted. Watch them like a hawk as they dont care about you.
