Reviews: Terrible bank. Will be closing their EP True & Grand Location on November 6 2010. Bank president Jake Espenmiller will not return phone calls regarding problems with location that is closing. When you cant survive as a bank surrounded by money in West Des Moines you have problems. Look for there Urbandale and Clive locations to close next. First Bank or Midwest Heritage are far superior banks.
