Reviews: Cindy you will not believe what happened to us, We sold our house. We had planned to buy some land in the hills to build a new dream home with enough land for us to build Donald his own smaller house. He is almost twenty now, to old to live with Mom and Dad. We thought it would be a great idea,now that his cancer is in remission, for him to live on his own. This way we are close, when he needs help. You will not believe what happened. The sale of our house was closing in just two weeks. The credit bureaus had made a number of mistakes and our FICO Score plummeted by two hundred points in a month. We applied for a loan with our credit union, after all we had been good mebers for many years. They could not help us. In desperation we began dealing with a mortgage broker who eventually gave up and said he could not help us. We were sure we were going to be homeless. Our real estate agent suggested we call Bank of Sierra, He had heard very good things about them. We met with some of the nicest people who understood our problem, Not only did they understand, they worked very hard to help us clear up the mistakes. The best news of all, beside helping to clear up the mistakes, They approved our loan, got an emergency appraisal and funded our loan on time. We are now living in a trailer on our new property, while awaiting the building of our new house. I could not believe how great the service was and the fact they actually cared about us . I don't know where we would be without them.
