Reviews: A decent place. They got the creditors off my back and lowered my interest rates to 1/3 of what they were. Not quite as expeditious as I would have thought but they may $16 a month off me so why would they be speedy? Monthly payments were reasonable and calculated based on my income rent car payment etc.

Reviews: Acted as our mortgage broker when we moved to Indianapolis. Offered personal service way beyond what we expected from anyone. They helped to make an extremely stressful situation (moving to Indiana from North Carolina between Christmas and New Years and closing on a home purchase on very short notice) manageable. We cant say enough good things about Julia Brooks and her company - they knocked our socks off! Julia canceled her Christmas vacation and even came over with a housewarming gift after we closed our loan.
