Reviews: this dealer is the worse by all means they are bunch of liars and crooks my wife and i went there to purchase a new honda accord my wife had a fico score of 728 we were told to come in and that we would qualify for a loan at 1.9 % when we got there suddenly the desk manager eric ramos changed the rate to 8 % we were shcked and called honda financial services who told us that we are an a tier and certainly we qualify for the 1.9 % we went back and confronted eric he became very belegerent rude mean and still forced us to buy the car we told him to his face about our call to honda he turned red due to him being caught in a lie we left the dealer and eric started calling us from his cell phone begining with a 949 area code and yelling at both i and my wife leaving nasty voice mails and trying to manupilate us and asking us to go back to the dealership my name is harry and i can be reached at 1714.. 719 9141
