Reviews: No follow up poor contact. I wont provide the loan officer name but this was the worth response I ever got. She re-contact me 3 times (about 2 weeks a part) to see what I want to do. I sent her my target loan (refinance) current balance and value and current Fico score. Never got a replay back in all 3 times. By now I got a great rate (4.125 - closing next week) for 30 fix no closing cost no fees. I also refer a few of my friends to my current lender and they are all doing business with them. Today I got another email from her which was addressed to someone else. I just hope the poor guy will by lucky and she wont follow up with him too. I did 8 refinance over the last 10 years I dont know if this loan officer represent Advance Mortgage but if she is....they wont get my business. Regards
