Reviews: I had the WORST experience EVER with Earnhardts and this is the 2nd time. The experience of recent has put me over the edge and I will NEVER drive a Nissan again. They sold a used Versa to my mom whom is retired and on a fixed income. She had the car for 3weeks there was a noise in the engine she took it in to get it serviced . They told her the WHOLE ENGINE needed to be replaced. My mother had given them $8500 CASH down with a perfect Fico score and I told her take it back. She took the car back and they had the nerve to try and put her in a different car but RAISE her payments because the car had extra imenities I told them NO you sold my mother a LEMON and now because of YOUR mess up she has to pay more? I told them the payment FIRM AND IT WAS INSULT THEY WOULD TRY AND CHARGE HER MORE PER MONTH and they can back with we can put her in a VERSA with no imenities FOR THE PAYMENT U R ASKING FOR (which was $40 more then the original) --WHAT A JOKE! By this time I was furious I asked for my moms 8500 back they refused they told me we can put your mother back in the original car with the messed up engine fix it and send you home. UNBELIEVABLE!!!! I left FURIOUS they ended up having my mother trade in her 2nd car that she had NO PAYMENTS on and no repairs to MEET THE LATERAL PRICE of the car that was a LEMON -- talk about TERRIBLE SERVICE HOW DO YOU TAKE A GRANDMOTHER ON A FIXED INCOME WHOSE MONEY SHE SAVED OF 8500 THAT GAVE IN GOOD FAITH FOR A CAR THAT WAS SUPPOSED TO WORK A DEAL LIKE THAT ?!!!! DO NOT EVER GO TO EARNHARDTS AND DO BUSINESS WITH THEM IT MAKES ME NEVER WANT 2BUY A NISSAN AGAIN -- BUY AMERICAN!!!!
