Reviews: I actually called the ERA Real Estate office about a listing. Norman just happened to answer the phone. I was really impressed with how helpful he was at the time. He did not pressure me, nor did he come across as a desperate sales person. He just gave me the information I needed at the time. I corresponded with Norman via email for a few months until I felt ready to list my home. Norman was a great source of information and stastical data. This is the type of service that is important to me. I feel that I am confident enough to know when I want to buy or sell my homes. I just needed someone who is competent enough to give me the inside information I need to make my decisions. Thank you for your excellent customer service.

Reviews: My husband and I visited a couple of real estate offfices. The agents seemed more concerned about how much we qualified for and when we wanted to buy a home. I knew that I wanted to buy a home quickly, but I dont like being pressured. Norman was really patient with me and my husband. This was is our first house so we were really scared and picky. Once we found the house we liked, we were able to get a really good deal. The thinkg I like most about Norman is that he is patient and didnt pressure us.
