Reviews: Branch manager Catherine was unhelpful and rude. I am assisting a 90 year old man with purchasing needed medical equipment and needed her assistance. All she had to do was call the client. Not only did she refuse to help she hung up on me. (Twice)I prefer to deal with small banks who dont mind going the extra mile. My bank calls me all the time.

Reviews: this bank will double charge for anything that is overdrawn and even add on extra $35 fees for fun i guess because what they explain to me is crazy. How could you get 5 overdraft fees three of then given whenever you still are in a positive balance!!! We are through with Wachovia. Theyve done this to us before but before they would take away half the charges. This time only one. But to me if only 2 items were purchased with an ending balance of 38.62 one of them 30 and the other 18 then one of those should had cleared. i am now stuck with $140 that I owe them for absolutely no reason. Thats all I needed to share with everyone. Thanks.
