Reviews: My name is John R. When I arrived at 4309 Alpha Rd. Dallas TX 75244 for my Friday 11:00am appointment that I arranged with Ryan Thursday (05-28-2009)(the appointment was for 11:00am Friday 5-29-2009) the recptionist was on the phone with her boyfriend for 5 minuties so I took a seat and waited until she was finished. After she had finished she told me that I did NOT have an appointment and that Id have to wait even longer I tried to tell her I had an appointment and she checked her computer and there was no record of an appointment listed so I told her that Id rather not deal with a company that was so disorganized and left. When I arrived back to my office Ryan called and tried to tell me that this was all my fault because I could not remember his name and that he never had made a mistake in his whole life. This has been the single worst experience of my life and if Texas Lending.com was the last home lender on the planet Id rather be homeless and live in a ditch than deal with a company that is as disorganized and unprofessional as Texas Lending.com.
