Reviews: This bank is all about the bank customer service is not their # 1 priority. I do not have an account with this bank but my boss does. I cash my payroll checks at their Sunset road branch because it is convienient for me but each time they charge me a $5.00 fee to cash one. Most banks cash payroll checks as a courtesy to companies for their business but not this one . EVERYTIME you walk in and I have walked in every Wednesday for 2 years now (and Im pretty sure they know my face by now) they ask me do you want to open an account? NO !!!!!!!!!! I do not want to open an account! Now they have raised the price to cash my payroll check from $5.00 to $8.00. Pretty soon I will be working just to pay their check cashing fee. If you are good to people they will be good to you. If you have a good product people are going to buy it you dont have to shove it down their throat. I would never open an account with this bank and I would never recommend it to anyone looking to open one.

Reviews: This is for Wachovia in general. My wife and myself used to love Wachovia excellent service very friendly sensible and customer friendly policies. The Wells Fargo took over. Ill just say this if you are with Wachovia and you have overdraft protection watch out Wells Fargo are trying to increase the charges you pay. I believe this is just the thin end of the wedge they expect me to open a second saving account split our joint savings just to have this service of which Wachovia ecouraged me to have in the first place. If they cant see or dont care that this is a terrible move with no apparent motive execpt to increase customer charges then other aspects of Wachovias services will follow. We will be moving I want a bank that listens we already have one Bank of America we dont need two
