Reviews: Some time ago we went to Bank of the West to refinance our existing mortgage; it took them 3 months to tell us they couldnt do it. We paid $350 for the appraisal and we were told at the beginning that if not approved we would get a refund NOT TRUE. Then we complained to the head office and you can see the answer: letter dated April 1 2008 - Loan application April 26 2008? They cant even write a letter without making a mistake! By the way with another bank we were able to refi in 2 weeks and the appraisal fee was only $200. Bank of the West never again!

Reviews: I highly recommend NOT using Tyler Appraisal. I requested a copy of my appraisal because I wanted to go through a different broker to which he replied my computer is down. I called back the next day explaining that I am entitled to a copy of the appraisal that I paid almost $400 for and he responded with no youre being an ass and hung up on me after I threatened to file a complaint with the OREA which I just filed this morning. Tyler Hagerthy is unprofessional and extremely rude.

Reviews: This particular branch of San Diego National Bank has the most incompetent and inarticulately rude bank tellers that were ever employed in a bank. While making deposits or withdrawals the customer must stand there while the bank tellers go about their conversations about whatever trivia fills their lives then the customer must have that insipid attention focused upon him or her at the end of the transaction. If you should complain your complaint will be handled by the bank management staff perhaps one Mr. Crockett. Management will be apologetic but you will get no other redress. Just hope that this bank branch offers more sincere attention to your account than it shows to you personally.
