Reviews: Dont go over by mistake.I was 6 cents over and was charged a 37.50 over draft fee.I have been hit a lot of over draft fees recently when they money was in the bank.And when went in to talk to them about it they are unwilling to help.I really would recommend using a different bank.I will be closing my account with this bank soon.

Reviews: Over the phone Rachael is about as pleasant and service oriented as a rock. Ive spoken with her twice and if it werent for the higher interest paid with the ME account I would find some other place to put my money but 2.75 is better than the laughable .20 .50 and .75 being offered around town. I also filled out paperwork to have automatic deposit. Five weeks later VA STILL has no record of it being sent to them. Im taking care of it over the phone. As they say We specialize in prompt courteous SELF SERVICE
