Reviews: It seems I have had nothing but problems it seems since I became a customer of US BANK. Recently I have had the last straw. Due to numerous times where I have been given misinformation and experienced as well as witnessed miscommunications and downright inadequate service by the tellers at the Treat and Geary branch, it is time I must take a stand. I have been trying to recover from the overdraft charges which snowballed up to about $400.00 in less than 2 weeks. This is not the first time this has happened with my US bank accounts and I hold my ground when I state that this costly episode would have never occured had the Customer Service be what it should be. Incidently, I balanced my check register to the penny every month for 15 + years while with Wells Fargo. I left them when they made merely "ONE" big error that caused me a lot of expense and grief. I then naively made my way to US Bank and found how bad banking experience really can be! I am now working on writing up a chronological listing all of the things which have occured since I started my banking relationship with US bank. I hope that there are some higher forces within the coorporation which will work with me until I feel some resolution to some of the issues which have occured. I am thankful to those individuals within the local branches which have spent the time and efforts in attempt to soften the blows of inadequate customer service I have recieved at Treat and N. main. Thank you Laurie (Martinez), Doris and Michelle (Downtown W.C), Barbara (Treat and N.Main), and Dominic (for at least trying to reach me). As for Wahab, the manager of Treat/Main (WC), I feel you should perhaps be on your way to a position where customer relations/service etc. is not required. My official detailed letter of complaint regarding my short history as a US Bank customer, will be CC'd to those of you who are familiar with my most recent chain of events. I feel it important to get the information out there to all of you and as well to US Bank corporate, The Banking Commissioner etc. Of course I feel it important to highlight not only the major problems I have experienced but also to show appreciation for those of you who ARE doing what you can to establish and provide good customer service and relations.
