Reviews: Never trust that the tellers at this branch know what theyre doing. Double-check triple-check that the transactions are done the way you want them done. I withdrew $300 and cashed a $100 check so I took off with $400. When my statement came it shows that all $400 came from my account. Where did the $100 check go?!?! They claim they gave me $500 when I only got $400 and they cant show me the video from the security camera that will tell how much money was actually handed to me. Avoid this bank like the plague there are many other banks in the neighborhood.

Reviews: I really hope to say nice things about Tiffani Hom and her partner Pat Malone. They were so unresponsive to our emails and phone calls. Even though they worked as a tag team they didnt correspond with each other. So even though we tried to email both of them whatever we told one person was not told by the other. So much confusion went on with these people. Things went downhill very quickly. They gave us Pre-approval for a loan which we found out to be a Pre-qualification. And we all know how much these things are worth. We began to miss deadlines after deadlines because of their tardiness. For example they promised to lock in the rate on Friday and a week after Friday we called. They hadnt done so. The rate was locked on Tuesday after that. Hmmm. We were in underwriting for too long. They never let us know what was going on. Eventually we couldnt buy our dream home and lost quite a bit of money. But this money was nothing compared to all the time and effort we and our dedicated realtor spent. It was very nice of them to let us know that our loan was disapproved on a Friday afternoon right before business was closed for the day which left us in totally depressed mood for the whole weekend since we couldnt do anything until Monday. Great! Oh I almost forgot to tell the best part. After our loan was denied by Mason McDuffie (yes their own company denied the very loan they had pre-approved us!) they disappeared for three weeks. We couldnt reach them by email or by phone. They never got back to us. It would have been nice to tell us they didnt want to work for us anymore. But they chose to be unprofessional and ignored us. Well three weeks later they emailed us pretending nothing happened and asked if we sent them more paperwork. Seriously? We now got a place without their help. If they had known what they were doing they wouldnt have wasted our time our realtors time and their own time! And the sellers had to put their house off the market for several months of the summer - the best housing season. On a more positive note by working with such unprofessional and unhelpful people we educated ourselves about the buying process.

Reviews: Not a good bank in general. Lousy customer service.. SOme branches are better than others but the banks policies favor them and I felt they never cared about the customer just making money off them.. Other banks are better - I just switched and love my new bank open until 4pm on Sat and until 6pm everyday!! Better services and more locations...

Reviews: I called the Oakland branch to obtain the Coporate phone number. The person who answered the phone sounded irritated at the request and placed me on hold while he looked it up. After he gave me the phone number i called the corporate number only to be hung up on twice in a row by whomever answered the phone without even a hello.
