Reviews: no abran mas cuentas en este banco especial mente hispanos tienen clausulas donde por cada sobre paso de efectivo te cargan 35 asi sea un centavo cuidado ay mejores opciones empocas palabras son unos rateros ellos mismos an sobrejirado my cuenta dos veses en una semana con estos cargos paso el limite por 2 cents y cargaron 70 dolares es ridiculo y solo disen que esta en la clausula

Reviews: Not sure what the other person rating this bank was considering but Ive found this bank to be pretty good. Ive gotten a couple of calls from them when I was about to overdraw my account which I appreciated a lot. And they are a lot smaller than most banks which I think leads to better service.

Reviews: Awful Awful customer service. It really does not even exist here. I wait every single time at this location. I have sat in the window line for 15 minutes behind one car and then have gone in to see what the problem is and there isnt even one customer waiting. If I go in to do my banking even when I am the only one in line I wait. If I have time I usually drive to Cherry Creek. They are much more interested in doing their job at that location and eager to help right away.
