Reviews: Comerica has outsourced their home equity loan servicing to a company in Pittsburgh called CLC Consumer Services. For me the transition has been horrible. $2000 worth of payments that were made on this account over a two month period were withdrawn from my Comerica bank account via web banking and hung in cyberspace for up to a two week period before being credited to the new account. In the meantime I began getting late payment notifications and charges - all with the Comerica logo emblazoned upon them. My calls to Comerica did not help the situation and it was never revealed to me that a third party unrelated to Comerica was involved. Having spent many hours on the phone with both Comerica and CLC Consumer Services I think I now understand why there are such gaping holes in the communication process. I was met with nothing but rudeness and exasperation from both Comerica and CLC Consumer Services in my efforts to solve the problem. Only through extensive detective work on my own part was I able to trace what was happening with my money. Now I am working to make sure I dont end up demerits on my credit record. Hours of my time were spent piecing this together and still $800 of my money is yet to be found. Terrible distaste for Comerica and for CLC Consumer Services (a division of PNC Bank) is left in my mouth

Reviews: i have been a member of this credit union for 44 years and i have not been treated like this ever. i applied for a loan and was flatly turned down. No explanation as to why. Even after I was alledgely sent to the board. You use to talk to a board member but in my case I was not allowed. I have always borrowed money from this credit union it has always been paid back thru payroll deduction. I dont get it.

Reviews: Its a community credit union which i do like. However it needs to be more willing to provide loans to their members without the high interests rates. I thought a credit union is suppose to work with their members. Michigan first needs to grow in this area.

Reviews: I got a home equity loan from them. I told them I wanted a one year only repayment fee instead they made it 3 years. They wouldnt lower my interest rate even after I could prove the funds were used in a Ponzi scheme (that I didnt know about at the time of course). I cant wait to close all my stuff with them!
