Reviews: By far the worst experiene I have had banking! I attempted to walk in at 12:59 right before the close and was instructed that they were closed I informed them that I only needed my atm pin reset Fernandeo Martinez went on and said the person who changes pins wasnt in which is contrary to what the banker on the 800 number said that was on the back of my atm card. I then asked if I can just come in to withdraw money for the weekend as there were still a minimum of 5 customers waiting in line for service. Once again Fernando Martinez said sorry but were closed Fernandez Martinez is a not a professional and needs to work on his customer service skills. Im walking in the bank on monday and closing my account.
