Reviews: Their customer service there sucks. i dont know that if it is just the area or what but they are so ghetto.I went in there to talk to a suppose banker and she wrote down my account number wrong. So that delayed my problem that I had with them. Monica left me ONE message asking me to call her to give my account number to her again. So I had to take out the time to go over there to directly talk to her since she did not write down my account number correctly the first time I needed to make sure that she is on this. Come to find out that she was not there so I had to leave the account number to the customer service banker. Im assuming that shes gotten it and has taken care of what was on the account. I get not calls so I had to end up calling Monica and she tells me that it is too late for her to do anything since I NEVER called her back. I specifically told her that I went in since she wasnt very professional anyways and I was advised that she will make she MONICA gets it. Monica claims she never got anything I was FURIOUS. Her last word to me was that there was nothing that she can do.

Reviews: charged 220 dollars in overdraft fees which was not the case. they switch it around to make sure my debits went in before my deposits. very unorganised bank ive seen their tricks for a long time. being i have had a 37.00 charges before automatically i went from valued customer to hey you dont this before dont waste my time mentality from the manager. . manager at sunrise avenue in roseville. was rude and refunded only 70.00 . very untrustworthy bank. thanks for stealing a week of hardworking wages for your deposit switcharoo deposits overdraft scam.

Reviews: I met Sonia several months ago when I needed some documents notarized I was so terribly embarrassed when my clients showed up almost an hour late. Im a notary myself and knew off hand how valuable a Notaries time can be Sonia through the entire time remained professional and patient to say the least. So much to where I am actually a colleaque of hers now shes a great Notary and mentor and I feel blessed to have found her and yes being a studying broker realtor and business owner I will utilize her for all of my notary needs and I recommend her to everyone!!
