Reviews: i have a current car loan with this institution. i wanted a new one before the sales tax went up last year so i met with someone and completed a new application. they lost it. i did not get the loan in time to save the 1% so i did not get the new car- which would have been a nissan. now i am stuck with my toyota. my losing all its equity toyota. the escondido office is not to be trusted with important documents!!!!!!!!!!
