But we do encourage feedback from people even if it is uncomfortable because it helps us continually improve and understand our members needs better. It has been our policy that we clear or decline electronic payments in order as they are presented to Norbel. We DO NOT manipulate electronic transactions to favor Norbel gaining additional fees. This is not our practice and goes against what we stand for. We take individual relationships with our members seriously at Norbel. As a small to medium size local credit union we are in business to provide services to the vast majority of our members. We do as a matter of staying in business need to assess some fees to continue serving those members as best as we can. But we are in business for people and service - not because of profit.

Reviews: This is the rudest bank I have ever dealt with. One cannot deposit a check in their ATM and if you deposit it in the overnight deposit after 8 am it will not be credited until the next day. However their window does not open until 9 am; thus I have had to be late for work trying to deposit a check. Oh and they close at 5 pm so that one cannot get there after work either. Very inconvenient hours. Then when they have deposits and withdrawals on the account at the same time they take the withdrawals first then put in your deposit. Because of this I had an overdraft at the rate of $38.00. I tried to play catchup for a month and ended up over $200 in the hole. At that point I knew I could not continue this account and I asked that it be closed. I was told they could not close an account with a negative balance. So it rode there adding late fees for every day I was overdrawn until they finally closed it but not before I owe $1600.00 which I refuse to pay. Talk about slick weasels!! They take the cake. Do NOT EVER to to this bank.
