Reviews: BE AWARE!!! GIFT CARD SCAM!!! Be aware that now Wachovia has changed its policy and if you by a gift card IT WILL NOT HAVE ANY FUNDS ON IT UNTILL THE NEXT DAY!!! If you are unlucky enough to get a card on a Friday only on Monday there will be funds on it AND there is nothing that you can do! I had to pay ANOTHER CARD FEE and go to another bank so I would not gift a child a WORTHLESS card. And get this the bank refused to refund me the card fee and offered to CHARGE ME ANOTHER fee if I wanted my money back!!! BE AWARE OF GIFT CARD SCHEME!!! STAY AWAY!!!

Reviews: I just want everyone to know the phone listed for this branch was my home phone number for 5 years and this is the reason why I had to disconnect it because of the constant calling. Wachovia says it is out of their control which to me they are responsible how would this search engine and google too get that phone number. Oh yeah information (411) says they do not have a listing for this address shown. Thank you Wachovia for interrupting my life and for making my personal info public. Your customer service stinks too just like your management.
