Reviews: I had a check drawn on Citibank Delaware. I called customer service to ask where locally I could negotiate the check. They told me to go to this branch with proper I.D. and there would be no problem. SOOOO I did and the teller had me sign the check took all my info and then they refused to cash the check stating that they arent connected with Citibank Delaware. I requested that they bring over a manager. While explaining the situation she cut me off and made a phone call to their back office and then refused to allow me to call the customer service number from there. Then she said if you want to open an account and leave the money on deposit for a minimum of 10 days we could do that. BOGUS!!!!

Reviews: This is one bank that I avoid at all costs. The people there are rude and ask personal questions that are not needed for banking. When doing some banking for my work the teller commented on the balance and make the comment of man u guys must be dealing something. What kind of bank is this??? There is one girl there with purple streaks that is pleasant....all other tellers STAY AWAY!!!
