Reviews: "Overdraw fees in line with other banks"??? Don't think so. Do other banks charge $12.00 PER DAY for being $0.12 cents overdrawn? And not notify you until the statement arrives in the mail, with 27 days worth of $12 daily fees accumulated? My daughter had this as her first bank account and this was her experience. We went to the (Bell Rd. Surprise, AZ) branch manager, who said "don't worry about it, it's illegal to send your file to the credit bureau when the amount is ALL FEES." Either He LIED, or Compass Bank has illegal reporting practices. She has since transferred to our credit union but will have a negative mark on her credit record for 7 years, thanks to Compass Banks' "care" (aka: fee harvesting) of their customers! When we told the loan officer at our credit union, he said, "No wonder I see so many negative Compass Bank accounts on people's credit bureau reports!" He couldn't believe it.

Reviews: The entire crew out at this branch really knows what customer service is! In a day where it's seems like too much to ask to get a simple 'thank you, have a nice day' the crew at this bank, even on a busy Friday, had an optimistic attitude and made sure they went the extra mile at any request. I would recommend the branch to anyone who is frustrated with the service they receive at their current bank locations!
