Reviews: It takes a lot for me to get upset and I typcially give people the benefit of the doubt...but I would have a really hard time recommending Vision Mortgage to anyone...maybe it was my mortgage broker but I was told I had my rate locked in gave him/her all of my paperwork and when it was all said and done...my rate was gone and my mortgage was not completed. Side note...credit rating over 780 and my wife has a rating over 790 plus we were planing on taking our 15 yr to a 30. When it was all said and done we lost our lower rate by more than a half point (the one that he/she was suppose lock in for us) and no loan. He/she did have the ____ to ask for me to buy down our rate...the one that we were suppose to have locked in. It got to the point where my wife was nervous we gave our important financial docs to a real mortgage business. Again I stress that maybe it was our mortgage broker but unfortanetly they are an extension of the business that they represent. Makes me wonder what it takes to be a mortgage broker after the experience I just been through.
